  • Of course!! We understand that different homes and workplaces have different needs. Reach out to us and our team will happily work alongside you and design a solution that meets your needs. Minimum order numbers may be required depending on the project.

  • We take every step to ensure there are no faults with our products. However, if you notice something within 10 days of receiving relating to the manufacture reach out and let us know.

  • Shipping is calculated at time of check out for all Australian orders. Shipping is within 1-5 days of order receipt, and courier times may vary for delivery. Please contact us to discuss international shipping needs.

    Local pick up is available from Emerge Allied Health in Launceston Tasmania. Collection days are generally a Monday and Tuesday.

  • We are thrilled to be able to provide our products to participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme with self + plan managed NDIS plans. If you are self-managed or plan managed, you may be able to use your NDIS funding to purchase from Treehouse Training Collective. Please check with your plan manager or support coordinator if you are unsure and we have created a handy document that may support you, your therapist or support coordinator. All receipts are issued detailing relevant NDIS code for ease of processing.
